JOHN HARRIS

JOHN HARRIS (AR05)

John Harris Field sits atop Spring Mountain due west of nearby Mount Nebo State Park. Spring Mountain is remote and isolated with only one permanent resident living on the mountain. If you fly in to camp or hike, chances are you will not see anyone. If you do, just introduce yourself and say you’re visiting the airfield. John Harris is happy to share the mountain with its stunning views. Check out the viewing platform on the south east side of the mountain if you decide to stop in. Camping is allowed as long as you do not leave any litter. Find more details by downloading the FLY OZ content pack for ForeFlight.
